It is rare that the president signs these treaties. Treaties are typically signed by an ambassador.

Every treaty that is signed must pass through Congress to be ratified. The treaty has ZERO bearing or validity UNTIL it has been ratified.

I can’t find any reference to this supposed treaty from anywhere other than the Minnesota Free Market Institute.

Nothing. Zip. Nada.

I would think that such a document would be much more readily publicized by someone other than this one man who is a climate change expert.

That’s scary stuff! I knew it already though, that Obama was going toward socialism if not outright Communism. We listen to Glem Beck on Fox News a lot and he points a lot of this stuff out that people should pay attention to. Thanks for showing it.
